You refer to slavery. I agree: indentured servitude can take many forms.
I had hoped to prove to Richter that his method was not the only way of doing things, and those of us under his supervision could either be an asset or a liability. He stated he was open to change, and yet rebuked me when I offered my suggestions.
Not in the way of "we have tried this before and it did not work for these reasons" but, I believe, out of sheer incompetence.
