I had hoped to prove to Richter that his method was not the only way of doing things, and those of us under his supervision could either be an asset or a liability. He stated he was open to change, and yet rebuked me when I offered my suggestions.
Not in the way of "we have tried this before and it did not work for these reasons" but, I believe, out of sheer incompetence.
My plan will not harm either warden, but the hope is that it will instill in them some latent realization that they ought to have better plans of their own in place.
